Each committee has a Chair, appointed by the President, who is responsible for managing the committee and reporting its activities to the Board and membership. <\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Committee Chairs earn 15 LOSAP points for a full year of service (or 1.25 per month for less than one year). Committee members earn 10 LOSAP points for a full year of service (or 0.8 per month). <\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below are the committees, Chairs, and confirmed members for 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The OVFC Bylaws require that any committee that involves spending or receiving Company funds has at least one Board member on the committee. These committees are marked with a ($) in the list below. These committees must also submit an annual budget outlining their expected income and expenditures for the coming fiscal year.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2025 Administrative Committees<\/h2>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Awards<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Identifies available appropriate awards from County, State, and National organizations for which OVFC members may qualify. Responsibilities include selecting dates and securing vendors for the carnival, marketing the event, procuring food, supplies, materials and permits; and coordinate with the Ladies Auxiliary as needed.
