Leveraging different types of activations keeps customers engaged and ultimately increases lifetime value. The following possibilities are available with Loyalty Management:

With Loyalty Management, you can provide more personalized consumer experiences, evolve your loyalty programs to stay current with customer expectations, and help drive business value by creating loyal, lifelong customers.

Additionally, Loyalty Management can used to create personalised promotions and offerings for each member. You can create and deliver personalised promotions and send the right offer to the right customer using Marketing Cloud Personalization along with Loyalty Management.

Loyalty Management can also used with Data Cloud segments to create highly personalised offers for member segments. You can segment members using Data Cloud attributes such as age, gender, CSAT as well Loyalty Profile attributes such Member Tier, Point Balance etc to create segments, and then use Loyalty Promotions to drive promotions & offers across these segments. You can easily setup promotions using Data Cloud as it works seamlessly with Loyalty Management – Set Up a Promotion with Data Cloud
